The younger brother of the man who has recently re-created the Sky Fighters is approached by another husky man soon after being given his first Sky Fighter. This man tells the teenage boy (Named Frederick) about regional Sky Fighter Battles. Frederick thinks this idea sounds awesome and signs up for it. The husky man points Frederick in the direction of the nearest Battle Arena and wishes him the best of luck in his first Sky Fighter Battle. But now, Frederick has a few questions for the leader of the Battle Arena...
